When can I expect to receive my order?
Delivery time is 5 to 25 business days for most physical addresses.
The following internal processing will delay the shipment of your order: custom, backorder, and special orders.

What shipping method do you use?
We offer free China Post shipping, and you can pay a courier fee to expedite your package.
Can I ship to a PO Box or private box address?
When you add a PO Box shipping address, we can only ship using China Post or EMS.
Are any of your items restricted in my country?
All countries regulate the quantity and type of items that can be imported.
Sportswear, shoes are not generally considered restricted items, but please check with your local customs agency before ordering.
Do you collect taxes?
We do not charge taxes to non-EU countries at checkout, but your local customs officials will assess taxes before allowing items into your country.
The carrier will usually pay these charges on your behalf and collect them from you upon delivery.
You are responsible for all customs charges assessed at the border prior to delivery, including duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees.
For EU countries, customs will charge 20% or more of your order payment.
We will pay taxes and only charge you 8% of your order payment.
Can I return an item?
Please contact us before returning an item to get an estimate of your return shipping costs.
What should I do if I am missing an item or received a defective or wrong item?
Please accept our apologies if your order was not processed correctly.
Simply contact us and we will do our best to correct your order in the most efficient way possible.
We can usually re-ship at no charge.
Return Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 30 days of receiving the package for a full refund.
Regardless of the reason you are unhappy with your purchase.
Please contact us first and ship the item to the correct address in a saleable condition.

1. You can return your purchase to us within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
2. The product must be in saleable condition and in the original box and/or packaging.
3. For used items, we offer you a 30-day limited warranty. After that, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty policy.
4. Once we receive your returned package, it will be inspected by our fulfillment center.
Your refund will be processed and the refund amount will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method within 2 days.
